Björn founded Distilled with a simple belief: running and growing a business should feel more manageable, with room for the work and life you care about.
Our approach draws on more than 20 years of experience across business operations, strategy, partnerships and delivery. That experience shapes how we look at a business: how its people, priorities and everyday work fit together, and where things have become harder than they need to be.
We help you step back from the daily demands, make sense of the options and decide what deserves attention first. Then we work alongside you to put those decisions into practice, at a pace that fits your business.

Making AI practical
Designed, built, tested and documented a working private AI system covering agents, automation and knowledge tools, with a step-by-step guide to support its setup and use.
Creating room for better work
Helped simplify systems, processes and resourcing across consulting engagements. One engagement recorded 34% lower overheads and 18% higher revenue. In a separate engagement, our work supported a 28% reduction in overheads and a 32% improvement in operational efficiency.
Recent work has also included developing referral networks, supplier relationships and partnerships to support business growth.
Getting important work back on track
Helped recover a multi-million-dollar customer account by bringing teams together, clarifying responsibilities and turning commitments into a manageable delivery plan. The work helped secure approval for eight projects.
Stronger planning and delivery also contributed to wider company results of 38% revenue growth and a 21% improvement in operational efficiency.
Turning ideas into action
Led 54 strategic initiatives, resulting in 42 approved business cases and 12 programmes of work. This brought structure and clear priorities to a complex portfolio.
The initiatives developed carried projected benefits of approximately 30% lower overheads, 25% improved operational efficiency and a $13.8 million revenue pipeline over two years. These were forecasts, not realised results.
Delivering at scale
Earlier in our career, we led a $31 million automation portfolio that delivered more than $6 million in profit and grew by 29% during our leadership. That experience continues to inform how we balance delivery, resources and commercial decisions.
